Code 4F when booting.

I am at my witts end with this problem.

i7 8700k
ROG Hero X (Bios 0802)
16gb T-Force 4133
1 x Samsung 960 Pro 512
2 x Samsung 850 256
1 x Samsung 4TB HDD
2 x Nvidia 980
1200 Watt Corsair PSU

All components at stock speeds.

My system is constantly hanging at boot code 4F. I know there is nothing wrong with the individual components as I have had to reinstall windows about 4 times over the last two days, with the system running stable when running. However when I reboot the system the system hangs at code 4F. The only way I got around this was to remove the keyboard, hard reset the system, would boot into a bios safe mode, plug in the keyboard, which would allow the system to start.

However the system now completely refuses to boot beyond the error code.

Now before someone says it could be a keyboard issue, I changed the keyboard same issue.
I have cleared CMOS, at which time it does successfully load the bios but when you exit (whether you change anything or not) the system hangs at code 4f.
I have stripped the system down, inserting components one by one.
I have downgraded the bios.
I have let the computer sit unpowered, with no CMOS battery for three weeks.

I think there may be an issue with the board itself, but any advice would be welcomed.

Прошу вашей помощи, т.к 2 дня я мучался и пыхтел, читал форумы, но не смог определить причины поломки не зная чего.

Суть проблемы. Мне по работе приходится таскать системник и моник. Я так уже года три. Вожу его на машина в салоне. в фирменной коробке. В общем в один из дней приехал, вынул, подключил провода, включил и всё нет сигнала на мониторе.

Моник в полном исправном состоянии. Чтобы было понятно что вообще творится при включении снял видео. Проблема в том, что нет сигнала, это меня вводить в ступор.

Вынимал планки памяти, думал с ними проблема, но даже с одной тоже самое. Отключал ссд, хдд, вынимал pcie хард, ничего не происходит. Вынул баттарейку биоса, вставил и опа есть сигнал ну и стандартный текст

New CPU установлен. проверьте настройки и потом самое интересно Chassis intrudet. Fatal Error System Halted.

Вырубаю блок, включаю тоже самое, а потом вдруг с ресета система грузится, смотрю биос, там вообще все ну как было когда мамку покупал. Т.е ничего не трогал, оставил как есть память (я ее обычно гоню), жму окей, винда грузится, я спокойно работаю, но как только я выключаю копм, все опять танцы и ситуация, что на видео. И я понять не могу, почему с выключением питание такая фигня происходит. Не знаю что вышло из строя. Может мамка погорела? или от перевосзки частой что-то вышло из строя? Биос джамперы тоже не дают результата. CMOS reset работает из раза к разу. Причем вынул вообще батарейку, в надежде что будет сигнал сразу и в биос кидать, ан нет, в общем не могу выявить системативность ошибки.

I have the 4x4GB G.Skill 3000MHz RAM kit installed (F4-3000C15Q-16GRR). The PC is stable with the DDR Frequency set to 2800MHz or below, but anything above that such as 2933MHz and 3000MHz causes a Q-Code 67. I understand that if it were a 6d i’d look into fine tuning the System Agent Voltage, but what should I target for tweaking given a Q-Code 67? Also, what does DXE stand for?

If you recently installed new RAM then updating Bios should help as 3504 addresses Improve System Performance and Improved DRAM compatibility.

Although the MB supports OC RAM to 3300MHz it does not mean the CPU IMC will, without some adjustment to Primary Timings and Voltage and a Bios upgrade.
Intel i7-5960X officially supports up to 2133MHz so 3000MHz is not JDEC spec and therefore Bios would probably default to 2133MHz and Bios may not recognize your XMP profiles.

DXE (Driver Execution Environment) phase during POST and represented by Qcodes 63-67.

The (DXE) phase is where most of the system initialization is performed. Pre-EFI Initialization (PEI), the phase prior to DXE, is responsible for initializing permanent memory in the platform so that the DXE phase can be loaded and executed. These components work together to initialize the platform and provide the services required to boot an operating system. The DXE phase and Boot Device Selection (BDS) phases work together to establish consoles and attempt the booting of operating systems. The DXE phase is terminated when an operating system is successfully booted.
The Dxe Core is composed of boot services code, so no code from the Dxe Core itself is allowed to persist into the OS runtime environment. Only the runtime data structures allocated by the Dxe Core and services and data structured produced by runtime DXE drivers are allowed to persist into the OS runtime environment.»
