Error logging enabled terraria что делать
The world I have edited with Tedit always crashes shortly after loading up in Terraria itself. To be more specific, I can successfully load my edited world in Terraria but I can only play for a matter of seconds before Terraria crashes and closes completely. I can load the world fine in Tedit so I’m guessing it’s not a corrupted file, but I don’t know how to be sure. I’ve verified integrity via Steam but that didn’t seem to do anything. I am posting this here because all of my other worlds (which have not been edited using Tedit) are working as one would expect so I can only assume something I did in Tedit has caused this problem/
Can you reproduce the issue?
I would if I knew exactly what the issue is. All I can really say is that I had added a lot of wiring and only after that did my world start crashing in-game. So I went and erased most of it to see what happened and it did seem to lengthen my play time from a few seconds to a couple minutes but the crashing persisted.
Post relevant contents of log or attach log file (very important):
This is not a problem with Tedit as an application. I have the crash log for Terraria enabled but for some reason when this specific world crashes, nothing is added to the log.
Oh what fun! I noticed that many people have been posting the same errors all over the Reddit, all the time without using the Weekly Questions Thread.SO! I decided to make one-time easy to copy-pase or link list of solutions to 80% of the game-crashing problems for the guys and gals constantly visiting us because they are too lazy to google it. (^_^)Feel free to add anything to it or correct me if any of these is wrong.(NOTE: My PC is custom made/assembled piece of scrap that had all of its parts replaced multiple times over last 8 years so I had to deal and research a lot of these and I know they work.)HERE WE GO AND I HOPE YOU LIKE IT:
— Delete the Config.json file from your Terraria Documents folder (use chain above but at the end Browse Local files).
— Go to the Start Menu and click on Settings.- Search performance.- Choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.- In the new window, go to the Advanced tab and under the Virtual memory section, click on Change.-At the bottom of the new window, uncheck «let system manage paging file»- then click on Custom size.- Set the top bar or Minimuim to 10000. Maximuim to 19999- Click OK to save the new settings.
What version of Terraria are you using?
Hey, I have wanted to get back into playing Terraria for a while now, but keep running into an issue with multiplayer.
No matter if I try to connect to public servers, a self-hosted one or join my friends via Steam, the connection always fails and a «Lost Connection» error shows up immediately after pinging the server.
Windows 10 Pro 1903
i7 9750H, 16GB Ram, RTX 2060, proprietary display adapter (integrated OLED on Alienware m15)
Deactivate Windows Firewall
Port 7777 permission in Windows Firewall
Port Forwarding on Router
Disabling Router Firewall
Using my self-hosted VPN to bridge any restrictions applied by the router or ISP
Reinstalling, Downgrading Terraria Versions
Using both the Wifi and Ethernet chipsets to rule any incompatibilities
At this point I have no further idea what to try, but still really want to play Terraria with my friends.
Can you reproduce the issue?
I would if I knew exactly what the issue is. All I can really say is that I had added a lot of wiring and only after that did my world start crashing in-game. Hey, i’ve been using Tmod loader for my mods for a while now and have updated it and installed mods multiple times successfully, recently in my expert playthrough containing: Calamity mod / Calamity no music / Joost Mod / Thorium / Cheat sheet / Lui AFK /boss checklist and other small mods like magic storage and boss health bar.
EXTRA INFO MIGHT HELP:
—————————————————————————————————————————-
I’ve had this one expert world i play in and out of, and recently upon revisiting it, i realized that some of my items are replaced with unloaded items, and the boss checklist mod got deleted?. I didnt think much of it and kept playing until now were i reached the supreme calamitas bossfight. I was determined to have the full experience so I updated Tmod Loader (AS USUAL) and installed boss checklist and updated my mods. However, after the update i was met with this bug report upon reloading the mods that force disabled ONLY calamity mod, and the rest of the mods were fine if i enabled them.
—————————————————————————————————————————-
I believe the bug had something to do with XNA files so i used the launcher in steam apps and repaired the files with XNA repair
I also tried re installing calamity mod and restarting my pc
ANYWAYS HERE’S THE REPORT
[22:20:56] [7/ERROR] [tML]: An error occurred while loading CalamityMod

Hi,
Not sure if this belongs in a troubleshoot forum.
I installed tmodloader on steam, when I go to start it I get a lengthy error message

Looks pretty ugly. When I go to open the log file, a message box pops up telling me «I don’t have permission to open this file.» like the hell? lmao.
I found only one other person having a similar error. His case it was bitDefender putting files in quarantine. My antivirus lets terraria and everything else through its firewall so it can’t be this issue. Thoughts?

Description
When loading up a Linux server of Terraria using tModLoader (latest version (v0.10.1.3)) using mono, with and without mods, the error message «Error on Message Terraria.MessageBuffer» happens after playing the game for
This message at first happens infrequently, where it eventually escalates to consistent error logging, to eventually disconnecting everyone from the server («Connection timed out»). Vanilla without tModLoader works fine.
