Finally I found the way to program the smartphone.
— Turn off your mobile phone
— Press Download (SP Button) in SP Flash Tool
— Press Volume Down on the mobile phone.
— Keep Volume Down pressed and connect to the USB
— Normally SP Flash tool starts to program and you can release the Volume Down key.
Hop it will work for you.

So i had the same problem and the solution for me was to hold volume up key as i was connecting and keep pressing until the red bar is 100% then after a few seconds release it.
Apparently i cant post links but i will copy the tutorial.
With the phone off:
— Click DOWNLOAD in SP Flash Tool
— Hold VolumeUp on your phone
— Connect the phone while still holding VolumeUp
— Hold VolumeUp a couple of seconds after the red bar gets to 100%
— Release

I started doing what was said by Teddy Lo, but it was not better.
This way, I have been able to reinstall ROM v6 on Oukitel K6000 Plus.
Never had to press down or up volume during start-up; just let phone boot; or press voldown+power to stop/restart it, if it is already started somehow. My phone was in orange state, and my system was completely broken (not bootable, not usable). I only had working bootloader and recovery; I tried various other ways to install stock ROM, all failed. I had boot loops and other issues. In the end, I went back to SPFT, and just cancelling and reclicking ASAP on the DOWNLOAD button did it for me.
Some steps may be be useless or optionnal; this was the raw log/history of what I did to work around «error status brom cmd send da fail 0xc0060003».

TWRP для Oukitel K6000 Plus
ВНИМАНИЕ! Для установки TWRP необходимо разблокировать загрузчик. Это действие приводит к лишению гарантии.
Вам понадобится компьютер.
1. Разблокировка загрузчика. В результате разблокировки вы получите совершенно чистый телефон: все пользовательские данные и программы будут стёрты! В меню «Настройки» смартфона активируйте меню «Для разработчиков» (как правило многократным нажатием на номере сборки в закладке «О телефоне») и выберите в меню «Разрешить заводскую разблокировку». Выключите аппарат.
2. Переведите аппарат в режим «fastboot» путём нажатия из выключенного состояния комбинации клавиш громкость вверх и питание, выбрав из появившегося текстового меню загрузчика вариант «fastboot».
3. Подключите смартфон кабелем к USB-порту компьютера (в Диспетчере устройств при этом должно отобразиться устройство Android ADB Interface), установите необходимые драйверы, скопируйте на компьютер необходимые утилиты: 
ADB.rar ( 1.44 МБ )
, распакуйте их в отдельную папку и откройте её в командной строке.
4. В командной строке введите команду:
fastboot devices
при этом, если всё установлено и подключено правильно, в результате выполнения команды вы должны будете получить вывод строчки своего смартфона вида:
fastboot 0123456789ABCDEF
5. Введите команду на разблокировку:
fastboot oem unlock
при этом на экране смартфона появится предложение подтвердить намерения путем нажатия громкость вверх. Нажмите громкость вверх.
В командной строке, при успешном выполнении команды вы увидите следующее:
C:\ADB>fastboot oem unlock
.
(bootloader) Start unlock flow
OKAY [ 43.920s]
finished. total time: 43.921s
7. Прошивка TWRP. Скопируйте образ TWRP recovery.img в папку с ADB-утилитами. В командной строке введите:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
При этом рекавери будет прошит в память смартфона.
8. Выключите питание смартфона удерживая длительное время (
6 секунд) кнопку питания. Вызовите меню загрузчика, выберите вариант Recovery и войдите в TWRP. Установите патч SuperSU и перезагрузитесь в систему.

Все проливается на ура. На всякий случай OUKITEL_K6000_Plus_V2.0_20170421 для SP FlashTool без проверок.
Если не убирать и не переименовывать, то та же ошибка 0xc0060003.
P.S. Драйвера стандартные MTK-овские, SP Flashtool v5.1716, загрузчик не разблокировал.

Интересует:
Врем работы, производительность интерфейса и работы в инете(чтоб все плавно было, как на яблоке). Как работает связь.
Есть возможность взять в интернет магазине кей за 12к.
щаз можно взять за 9-10 тыщ зте х3 или х5 но там памяти меньше да и походу обновы не будет уже
или искать х7 там тоже 2гб рам
стоит ли заморачиваться насчет 2гб рамы?
смарт брать хочу на 1-1.5 года минимум.
Про автономность:
мне хватает на 3-4 дня.
если сидеть в сети и смотреть ИВИ, например через 4ж, то думаю можно высадить за 12 часов в 0!
но не пробывал.
Про производительность интерфейса:
глюков не заметил, работает стабильно.
Про связь:
недостатков не обнаружил.
Иногда ладонью прикрываю микрофон (не привык)-люди думают проблемы со связью «плохо слышно»-перезванивают.
Про память:
больше 1,2 не загружал приложениями-работает стабильно.
Памяти много не бывает, но переплачивать не стоит. Смотря как пользоваться.
У Х-пластмасс
У V-алюминий или чугуний))) изза этого и взял.
дизайн и практичность.
Отпечатком пальца не пользуюсь-маркетинговая приблуда, прятать какуюто инфу у меня не от кого ибо кому она облокатилась?
есть еще z7 и он тоже из алюминия.
Чет зте кучу схожих моделей понаделала
Я просто нащет памяти спрашиваю, просто мало ли захочется потом с эмуляторами поиграться, ну и просто чтобы хотяб куча вкладок не тормозила в хроме

Нет, все будет приходить. Никаких действий предпринимать не надо, если действительно стоит европейская прошивка, а не её образ.
Если будет заменён ID устройства, то обновления приходить будут. (Пока что нет способа смены ID). Или же допустим на устройстве образ международной прошивки будет установлен, то обновление само устройство не даст поставить, будет ругаться на то что у вас китайский смартфон, а вы пытаетесь поставить на него международную версию ПО.

so i have to flash but sp flash tool shows me STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0xC0060003)

None of the above tricks worked for me. Here is summary why I am even doing it.
I was having issue with google services on my new phone that i got from Amazon. So I did factory reset few times but still having issue so i thought flashig might help and i used Mototola tool Rescue and smart assistant and found correct version of moto g8 power lite XT2055-2. But after flashing my phone just hard brick. No power on, not going to recover model, don’t charge when plgged in and don’t even recognised by laptop when i plug in. The only thing i can see when plug into laptop or power source is red tiny light whic you normally get while charging. other wise phone is dead. I tried SP flash tool but got error as soon as click download. And error is ;
ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL_(OxC0060003). another thing i noticed is when phone is usb connected i keep hearing sound for usb conenct and disconnect every 10-15 seconds. looks like phone is jnot connectign well to PC. I installed all posisble drivers for win 10. I installed mediatek driver, motorola drivers etc. my phone is internation version of Moto G8power lite from south America region.
Can somebody please help. I did eevn used for a single day. I bought it open box like new.
