can you send me all of your Hoi IV documents when you go to documents/paradox interactive/Hoi IV because this folder seems empty for me
That directory is automatically created the first time the (edit: HoI4) launcher starts. So I’d assume that you are trying to play the game on a new computer or simply removed that directory manually hoping that it might help. May this as it be, that there’s nothing in that directory shows that there is a problem. But it’s only a symptome of your problem, not the cause.
