already restarted pc.
Disable firewall.
I have no antivirus installed.
Verify game cache.
Router restarted.
Deleted System32.
I’ve tried many «solutions» but none of them work. Even my friend has the same problem. Help?
No antivirus is risky, wouldn’t be surprised if some malware edited the host file of your pc so it knows which ip is behind what hostname etc. but of course there can be other reasons, if you open the console there is ping measurement checks are all of them like over 100/200/300 or are some below 100?
Make a speedtest see if the values are right of what your internet should do, maybe it has lagspikes or other issues, could be then isp issue or with the router itself.
Maybe try Portforwarding inside of your router, as most routers have a build in firewall.

I tried the portfowarding, it didn’t worked. When I open the game and go to matchmaking this pops up in console:

So my csgo has done this for long now. Sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn’t. When you go mm and try to search match, after 6 seconds it says «failed to reach any official servers».
I have tried verify gamefiles, change clientport, put the matchmaking max ping higher from settings, reset my router, changed network. everything excpet reinstalling.
So what can i do? Sometimes it works and sometimes I can’t get it work at all.
Edit: did reinstall game, no help.

First two things you should be looking at:
1. Is there a conflict with the game in your antivirus or your firewall settings? This is a common culprit.
2. You may need to reset your network settings on your router. If this only occurs in CS however, I would lean towards the problem originating from not having a firewall/antivirus exception for CSGO being allowed to access your network.

I can play with VPN on but it gives high ping so I have to play without it. I don’t know what am I supposed to do at this point. It’s been nearly 2 weeks.

Try using your phone’s connection and see if you have any problems. It may be a problem with your isp.
Can I write to Steam Support about this?
No, you can’t. There is absolutely no way to contact Steam Support staff (except throught social media, what would lead you nowhere).

I tried it before aswell 🙁 And nobody in my country faces the same problem including my friends

1) Yes
3) Yes
4) I bought CSGO on Steam when it went free to play
5) Tried, same error
6) I even disabled the firewall, still same error
I’ll try 2 and get back to you asap. I don’t have any AV other than Windows Default AV because I just formatted it today.

So is it working fine when you are using a hotspot or not? Because it’s possible it could just be a problem with your router. I would make a new account like Darkmatery said and check if you are still having issues on that account as well.
No it’s not even working with a hotspot. I guess my computer or hardware or something else on my computer which is not cleared after I formatted it, is flagged.

As I said, change your pass and ask your friend to log in & play. If he doesn’t succeed then I have no idea what could be the reason of this issue.

Failed to reach any official servers cs go что делать
I have some issues playing matchmaking in CSGO at the moment. Everything worked fine, but a week ago I was getting on North American servers all the time, although I’m from Europe. As you can imagine the latency was horrible.
And now it’s even worse: When trying to play matchmaking, I get the message: «Failed to reach any offical servers» and I can’t play matchmaking at all.
My internet is working fine, I can play other games without any problems. I didn’t change anything on my PC. I tried to disable the Windows Firewall completely, but it doesn’t help. I’ve read that others had the same issues some time ago, but there wasn’t anything helpful in these topics.
The console in csgo says:

I’ve tried to change my DNS server and tried to have a fixed IP in my LAN and I still get this error.
I’ve also tried to verify the integrity of my game files in Steam. It finds one corrupted file and replaces it, but that doesn’t change anything. In addition I tried the beta participation for Steam, it didn’t change anything.
Anyone else having this problem?
Any help is highly appreciated!
Btw: I use Windows 7 (don’t judge me please).
Failed to reach any official servers cs go что делать
I’ve come across a problem regarding connecting in order to play on official servers recently. Whenever I try launching a game, it’ll say «failed to reach any official server»; if I try to reach a friend’s game, it’ll show the loading screen, freeze for a while, then go back to the main menu with a «connection failed after 30 retries» window popping up.
I managed to join a friend’s game only ONCE as a spectator, I could watch the game for approx. 10 seconds, then I got disconnected.
I’m playing on Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic, I have a correct internet access and I can play online with other games. I used to play a lot on Counter-Strike until I had to reinstall Linux, there’s also a big connection problem that happened in my town around the same time which got fixed, I do not know which one are the cause or if even whether could be, as both happened between the last time I played CSGO online and now.
Since I’m on Linux, I do not have an active antivirus nor a custom firewall that could block the ports (plus other games can launch online with no problem).
The fact I managed to connect only once for a short time reminds me of another problem I encountered on Steam under my Windows 7 partition, which consisted of saying often I couldn’t reach the Steam’s server upon connecting on Steam, but after a few retries I manage to connect anyways. But that problem only shows on Windows and I manage to connect on Steam through Linux at the first try perfectly. Not sure if that’s relevant but we never know.
Any help would be appreciated now, I feel like I used every trick I could find online.
EDIT: As I can’t mark my own posts as the topic answer, turns out it was a problem regarding my ISP and not the game itself:
Update and conclusion of the problem: I tried playing Counter-Strike somewhere else and it worked fine, turns out it’s the connection at my place that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I guess I’ll try doing some things like redirecting the ports. Anyways, not much else needed around the game for me.
Thanks y’all for taking time for my problem.
