Помогите перевести на русский язык терминологию из Vior
Будьте добры, подскажите, как перевести на русский язык fee collection в контексте раздела 8.6 VIOR; взялась вносить лепту в титанический (и, как из сообщений на форуме можно заключить,- беспрецедентный) труд по переводу сего шедевра на великий и могучий, да вот последние четыре страницы восьмой главы уже второй день не могу одолеть,- ну никакой общей картины не выходит.
Да, изо всех сил надеюсь, что разглашение того факта, что в разделе 8.6 VIOR встречается словосочетание fee collection, не нарушает конфиденциальности документа.

А как же те fee collections, которые member-to-member, которые участники получают через VisaNet?
А это уже не фи коллекшн.

Ну вот, перевели, fee collection по-русски будет реимберсмент.
Итак, VIOR Volume I, section 8.6.С на стр. 8-28. Загляните кто-нибудь! Строка первая, под названием главы: A Member receiving a fee collection initiated by another Member through VisaNet. Дальше не буду,- как можно заключить из остальных постов на форуме, конфиденциальность превыше всего. Перевод, который можно составить из слов, нахватанных из постов на форуме:
Мембер, которому по Визанет другой мембер выставил фи коллекшн.
Вот если бы кто перевел вышеуказанную фразу с языка форума на язык, приличествующий документу охвицияльному, было бы здорово. Варианты на данный момент:
Участник, получивший через VisaNet списание комиссии/другого платежа, инициированное другим участником.
Участник, получивший через VisaNet требование об уплате комиссии/другого платежа, выставленное другим участником.

Не сталкивались, и не понял причем тут эмитент, когда Fees Guide гласит:
Telex Interface Processor (TIP) fee
Telex Interface Processor (TIP) allows an Acquiring Member to send authorisation requests into VisaNet from telex machines located at their premises. TIP is designed to support off-line and on-line Acquiring Members using a telex machine. Members who use TIP as a back-up authorisation service, or to support authorisation requests from remote locations will be charged an annual fee per telex machine.
