Примечание: необходимо выбрать версию, совместимую с Вашей операционной системой. Если Вы не уверены, какая версия подойдет для Вашей системы, скачайте обе и попробуйте запустить. Только одна из них запустится на Вашей системе.
Запустите программу. Когда программа запустится, нажмите Да для соглашения с предупреждением.
Нажмите кнопку Сканировать (Scan).
После окончания сканирования будут созданы отчеты FRST.txt и Addition.txt в той же папке, откуда была запущена программа. Прикрепите отчеты к своему следующему сообщению.
(Если не помещаются, упакуйте).

Торрент-файл сохранился? Или хотя бы ссылка на его закачку? Если да, сообщите или прикрепите в архиве к следующему сообщению, пожалуйста.
Скачайте AV block remover.
Распакуйте, запустите и следуйте инструкциям. Если не запускается, переименуйте файл AVbr.exe в, например, AV_br.exe
В результате работы утилиты появится отчёт AV_block_remove.log, прикрепите его к следующему сообщению.
После перезагрузки системы соберите новый CollectionLog Автологером.

Unchecky v1.2 деинсталлируйте как нежелательное ПО.
Дополнительно подготовьте и прикрепите лог сканирования AdwCleaner.

I am assuming that you are using a C99 compiler (with support for dynamically sized arrays). The problem in your code is that at the time when the compilers sees your variable declaration it cannot know how many elements there are in the array (I am also assuming here, from the compiler error that length is not a compile time constant).
You must manually initialize that array:

The question is already answered but I wanted to point out another solution which is fast and works if length is not meant to be changed at run-time. Use macro #define before main() to define length and in main() your initialization will work:
Macros are run before the actual compilation and length will be a compile-time constant (as referred by David Rodríguez in his answer). It will actually substitute length with 10 before compilation.
Variable length arrays are arrays whose length is not known by the compiler at compile time. In your case length is a variable. I conclude this, because if length was a e.g. preprocessor macro defined as a literal integer your initialization would work. The first C language standard from 1989 did not allow variable length arrays, they were added in 1999. Still the C standard does not allow these to be initialized with an expression like yours (although one could argue that it could or should allow it).
The best way to initialize a variable array is like this:

While searching about it, I found out that Typescript doesn’t accept types for clause catch arguments. Why is that? This is just so commom in Java or other languages. I mean like. my solution here is attribute err: any. But isn’t type any just something to never be used?

As others have noted TS doesn’t let you use types other than «any» or «unknown» within a catch clause.
You can however cast the error variable a specific type. using myVariable.
Typescript doesn’t let you do that because there’s no way that typescript can verify at compile time that the only thing the code can throw is a ValidationError. For that matter, you don’t know that either: what if you get a RangeError, because the maximum call stack has been exceeded? Obviously that’s unlikely (you’d have to build up a big call stack before calling this), but nothing about this code can guarantee that it won’t happen.
This is just so commom in Java or other languages.
Different languages have different constraints on their designs. For example, in Java you can define which errors your function will throw as part of the function definition, as in
Neither javascript nor typescript have a way to specify this in a function definition.
And java lets you have multiple catch blocks, with different types of errors being handled by different ones, but since typescript only exists at compile time, that’s not an option. Everything must be handled in a single catch block, and distinguishing which type of error you’re dealing with must be done with explicit code.
