The Eubus Eagle is a helicopter in Just Cause 3.
Contents
Appearance
This vehicle is a civilian helicopter heavily influenced by the Bell 206, with a 3-bladed rotor configuration and single engine similar to the Eurocopter AS350, and with a similar build to the Bell OH-58 Kiowa. This helicopter is equipped with a Tracer Aviation-like ball camera mounted on a bar as standard, allowing it to be used for surveillance purposes, although the camera is not functional in the game. It has a large amount of rotors on the tail for its size, whereas its basis has two, and the most it would realistically have would be three.
The rebel drop description is as follows: «More than a helicopter, the Eubus Eagle is a status symbol among Medici’s ultra-rich. Its utility is paramount in a nation that is composed of islands.«
Performance
As a civilian helicopter, the Eagle compensates for its lack of reactive defense with handling that is quite good. It is capable of speeds up to 200+ km/h, and is agile enough to dodge SAM missiles with ease. With its agility comes sensitivity, as it can sometimes be hard to turn properly because of how sensitive the helicopter is, and also how quickly it accelerates. It is a great way to get around Medici and its smaller islands at a fast pace.

Introduction
Tom Sheldon calls Rico right after Vis Electra is destroyed and tells him that the town of Costa Del Porto is about to be attacked. Rico and Mario will rush over there.
Mission briefing from the map: Rico has earned the people’s love and Di Ravello’s anger. The dictator strikes out at the town of Costa Del Porto, determined to make an example of its people. Rico and Mario rush to stave off Di Ravello’s slaughter.
Walkthrough
Di Ravello is pissed off at the loss of Vis Electra and states his plan for a counter-attack whilst forcing a commander (presumably from Vis Electra) to shoot himself in the head. The plan is to set fire to the town of Costa Del Porto to lure Rico out and to kill Mario. The town is surrounded by the Medici Military, ready to ambush any rebels.
Once at the town, Rico has to fight the military for a while, including destroying three CS Odjurs and rescuing Mario from the police station of said town.
After Rico saves Mario, a rebel driving a Stria Facocero comes, but is stuck outside the closed gate behind Rico. Use a tether to open the gate and once Mario gets in, a military Urga Postolka appears. Shoot it down or hijack it, it doesn’t matter. However, the driver will still leave and drive to Cirilla, with you covering them the entire way.
After they leave the police station, not far along another Postolka appears as well as a Weimaraner W3. Destroy those. Later, they get to a bridge near a military base, and Mario tells you to destroy it to prevent the pursuers from getting across. Failure to do so doesn’t make a big difference at this point, but a Urga Bkolos 2100, CS Baltdjur, Urga Postolka, and some Urga Szturm 63As will start chasing you, and will follow all the way to Cirilla and make the trip more difficult.
Later outside of Cirilla Mario leaves in a blue Eubus Eagle.
Rebel drop

Rebel drop is an in-game menu used to obtain weapons and vehicles in Just Cause 3.
Contents
Description
The rebel drop is unlocked by completing the mission Mario’s Rebel Drops.
Rebel drop can be used to order an airdrop of a vehicle and up to three weapons. Once the items have been ordered through the Rebel Drop menu, the player must then throw a beacon to the ground and wait for the airdrop to commence. A Rebellion CS7 Thunderhawk will then fly overhead and drop the items from 20 meters. The items will drop to the ground in a single crate, which then explodes open to reveal the items. Weapons will arrive in a Weapon Crate.
Very few items cannot be rebel dropped, including the police Stria Joia, Rubber Ducky, The Rocket and The Little General.
Items can be unlocked for rebel drop through the completion of certain settlements (typically large military bases), or through the completion of missions. All vehicles delivered to Frigo Garages will also become available for rebel drop. These garages can be found in all liberated towns across Medici.
There is a restock time for every item ordered through Rebel Drop. It cannot be reordered until the restock time has elapsed. This timer continues to run while the game is paused or turned off. There are Gear Mods to shorten and eliminate the restock timers.
All rebel drops will point north. If dropping a plane like the U41 Ptakojester make sure you drop it in a place where it can take off.
Beacons
Rebel Drop can only be used when the player has enough beacons. They can be used anywhere, regardless of heat or combat zone. Open sky is not even required; if you throw a beacon in a cave, your drop will be on the surface above.
These beacons can be attained from designated beacon resupply points scattered throughout Medici. The player attains beacons through the competition of Random Encounters, missions and settlements. Only one beacon can be carried by the player at the start of the game, but Gear Mods can later be used to increase this amount to five.
Beacon resupply points
The Beacon Resupply Point at Guardia Lacos II.
Beacon resupply crates at Cava de Rebelles.
The Beacon Resupply point is a black crate which is open and has ten compartments, each containing a single beacon. Walking near the crate fills Rico’s beacon supply.
The boxes can be seen from a distance due to the marker over the box which says «Beacons».
Beacon resupply points can be found all across Medici, including at:
Reportedly there are at least 49 of them.
Note that rarely, the resupply points are completely empty, even if you didn’t resupply from them. This might be a small glitch.

Alessia Quotes
Alessia will comment on almost every vehicle Rico brings to a Frigo Garage for rebel drop. She does not acknowledge destroyed vehicles and does not comment on vehicles Rico is not inside of. However, if a civilian driving a vehicle inadvertently drives into a garage but is already in the system, Alessia will say «Rico, we don’t need that one anymore.

Feats and challenges are a type of sidemissions in Just Cause 3.
This one features the Mugello Farina Duo.
Contents
Description
Race challenges return in Just Cause 3 from the previous games. Completing them in JC3 unlocks Gear Mods. The challenges also have leaderboards that work over the internet.
The in-game Rebel drop mentions races in the Windhund 4 info: «Autostraad’s Windhund 4 has earned a reputation in Medici’s underground racing circuit as a turn-hugging speedster built for Drifting. Top speed 240 km/h.«
List of challenges and tips for them
Air Race
These are usual checkpoint races for Planes and helicopters. If the Nitrous Gear Mod has been unlocked, the provided vehicle will have it. You can start a race to get a vehicle with your upgrades and not have to rebel drop it in.

Crash Bomb
Mugello Quipozza F with the bomb is considered to be one of the Easter Eggs in Just Cause 3.
«Crash bomb» events are where the player is provided with a vehicle that has a Bavarium bomb on its rear end and tasked with driving it to the destination as fast as possible. Along the way, the player has to stay above a specific speed (going below that speed can decrease points) and upon reaching the target the player has to bail out of the vehicle. The vehicle then continues to drive forward until it crashes into the target and explodes. The target is always a group of Medici Military soldiers and a variety of military cars including D.R.M. Stria Facoceros, Stria Obreros, Urga Fura 570s, Weimaraner W3s, and more.
Every race you will pass a military Weimaraner W3 at some point. At that point, you will instantly get Heat level 3 and Urga Szturm 63As as well as a Urga Postolka and CS Navajo will spawn to chase you.
Doing these missions will upgrade the GE-64 explosives. There’s no need to get 5 gears in all races to unlock the last upgrade. 15 gears will be left over.

Destruction Frenzy
Destroy as many military assets as possible within the time limit. Rapid destruction builds up a multiplier which makes higher scores easier. The timer does not start until the first destruction. After the timer runs out, the event will not end until your multiplier also runs out. Planning your destruction carefully and setting tethers before beginning is advantageous. Gears earned here unlock Grenade Gear Mods.

Scrapyard Scramble
In this event the player has to collect large lumps of Bavarium, using Dimah’s «Bavarium attractor». The «Bavarium attractor» is basically a magnet that must be grappled to the provided Urga Szturm 63A (which has the nitro Gear Mod, if available). The «Bavarium attractor» can be turned on and off. The car must then be driven around the event area to collect a large amount of Bavarium chunks. Bavarium must be delivered to a big pit with automatically opening doors at the bottom. The player can make multiple deliveries and starting from the end of the first, the Medici Military sends a few Weimaraner W3 cars after you.
Scrapyard scrambles award gears for Tether Gear Mods.

Wingsuit Wonder
This takes place at the eDEN Airship (Sky Fortress DLC). In this challenge you see how long you can wingsuit. Most people apparently get around 2-5 minutes. The Bavarium Wingsuit can let the player get up to 20 minutes or more. Some videos on Youtube show people making it an hour or more.
Mech Arena
These appear as a part of the Mech Land Assault DLC and require the use of a Mech. Throughout the challenge, you are tasked with defeating Black Hand forces, with increasing difficulty as you go along. Completing the challenge will unlock more gear mods for the Mech.
Boat Invaders
These appear as a part of the Bavarium Sea Heist DLC and require the use of the eDEN Spark. Throughout the challenge, you are tasked with defeating Black Hand forces, coming in naval vehicles and attack helicopters. Completing the challenge will unlock more Gear Mods for the Eden Spark.
Feats
In JC3 the player may also be challenged in «feats», or challenge other players. The game monitors a lot of statistics for longest distances traveled, shots fired, vehicles used and many more. Any of these personal records can be used by the player to challenge other players.
