«Эвоген» получит 311 млн рублей на проведение неинвазивного пренатального тестирования
В столичной мэрии считают, что грант поможет внедрить в систему здравоохранения города дополнительные высокодостоверные методы молекулярно-генетических исследований, которые позволяют в течение двух-трех дней получить подтверждение диагноза. Среди таких исследований – хромосомный микроматричный анализ, позволяющий одновременно проверить порядка тысячи функционально значимых генов и исключить более 250 тяжелых генетических синдромов. Также в городе будут проводить полногеномное исследование методом высокопроизводительного секвенирования (NGS) и флуоресцентную гибридизацию in situ (FISH).
Первый этап тестирования проходил в течение года – с марта 2020 по март 2021 года. За это время было проведено порядка 12,7 тысячи НИПТ, в которых принимали участие беременные из группы высокого (1:100 и выше) и промежуточного (1:101–1:2 500) риска хромосомной патологии плода. Всего было выявлено 258 беременных с хромосомными аномалиями плода. По данным мэрии Москвы, такое тестирование помогло увеличить выявляемость редких хромосомных аномалий плода с 18 случаев в 2019 году до 42 случаев в 2020 году.
Среди преимуществ НИПТ по сравнению с традиционными методами отмечают отсутствие риска самопроизвольного прерывания беременности, в отличие от инвазивных процедур (риск осложнений составляет 0,3–5%). Кроме того, НИПТ имеет высокую точность – чувствительность и специфичность составляют 99,9%. Тест проводится с 10-й недели беременности, в отличие от комбинированного пренатального скрининга, который осуществляется в период с 11-й по 14-ю недели.

В феврале 2020 года тендер на проведение НИПТ для Городской клинической больницы №67 им. Л.А. Ворохобова выиграл Центр Genetico, цена контракта составила 8,9 млн рублей. Основатель Института стволовых клеток человека и директор Центра Genetico Артур Исаев отмечал, что данный тендер стал правильным шагом для повышения эффективности пренатального скрининга беременных, так как в случае использования НИПТ «из 1 000 синдромов Дауна будет пропущен лишь один, а не 200, как при текущем скрининге».
Премьер-министр РФ Михаил Мишустин в июне 2021 года поручил Минздраву подготовить предложения по введению с 2022 года неонатального скрининга на спинальную мышечную атрофию и пренатального скрининга на наследственные и врожденные заболевания. Кроме того, он поручил ведомству совместно с мэрией Москвы проработать вопрос по организации в пилотном режиме генетического тестирования беременных женщин на выявление наследственных и врожденных заболеваний.
