В зарубежной методологии традиционно выделяют следующие этапы, стадии проектирования:
Project identification – стадия экспертной оценки, определяет теоретическую реализуемость проекта с точность оценки от 50 до 70%. 1
Scooping study (ТЭО)– разработка концепции вскрытия и отработки месторождения с точностью от 35 до 50%. 1
Design (basic/detailed)- соответствует Этапу «Рабочая документация» с определенными допущениями точность оценки ±5-10%.. 3
Project identification – стадия экспертной оценки, определяет теоретическую реализуемость проекта с точность оценки от 50 до 70%.
В текущем понимании Российских проектировщиков стадия ТЭП выполняется при подготовки документации для участия тендерах (аукционах) на получение лицензии на право пользования недрами.
Привлеченные к решению задачи Эксперты на основании имеющегося опыта дают оценку стоимости реализации, а также эффективность инвестиций проекта.
Пример формирования экспертной оценки:
Оценка перспективы отработки полиметаллического месторождения в регионе «№».
Имеются следующие данные.
Запасы. Категории В+С1 – 100 млн тонн содержанием 3% меди. На глубине от 400 до 1000 метров.
Годовая добыча по экспертной принимается до 6 млн. тонн в год на период 20 лет с учетом выхода на проектную мощность и периода затухания горных работ.
Период строительства до выхода на проектную мощность 4-5 лет.
Наличие перерабатывающего производства.
При отсутствии инвестиций в ОФ и хвостовое хозяйство составят до 10 млрд. рублей.
Наличие доступность трудовых ресурсов, а также жилой инфраструктуры.
Наличие транспортной инфраструктуры себестоимость транспортировки опять же экспертно до 4-6 руб. тонна / км.
Поверхностный комплекс также оформляется в виде схем, рисунков.
На основании полученных данных формируем упрощенную ФЭМ. Качество товарной продукции принимаем среднее на весь период.
Scooping study (ТЭО)– разработка концепции вскрытия и отработки месторождения с точностью от 35 до 50%.
При выполнении данной стадии разрабатывается несколько концептов отработки и вскрытия месторождения. Работа ведется на блочной горно-геологической модели месторождения. Порядок отработки определяется оптимизатором, ограничитель рентабельных отработки запасов рассчитывается по cut-off grade. Параметры очистных камер (блоков), параметры системы отработки принимаются по регламенту (при наличии), либо по аналогу расчет устойчивости бортов и максимальных пролетов обнажений в стандартный объем Scooping study не входит (может быть прописано отдельно в ТЗ).
Помощью оптимизатора горных работ определяем оптимальный порядок отработки с точки зрения вовлечения в первую очередь наиболее богатых запасов в отработку. Месторождение, автоматически деблокируется на очистные блоки по заданным параметрам ручная доработка очистных блоков на данной стадии не выполняется. К каждому очистному блоку в ручную отстраиваются горные-подготовительные и нарезные выработки, отстраивается схема вскрытия исходя из наиболее короткого срока строительства максимально быстрого вовлечения отработку запасов богатых руд. (горные выработки отстраиваются по осевым линиям). Выполняется моделирование вентиляции рудника в программном комплексе Вентсим по результатам моделирование при необходимости корректируются параметры горных выработок. При наличии качественной горно-геологической модели с внесенными данными по физмех свойствами руд и вмещающим породам, рекомендуется выполнение геомеханического моделирования (так же включается в ТЗ отдельно), это позволяет более точно определить порядок отработки запасов, а также утонить размеры выемочных единиц.
По результатам данной стадии при выполнении работ в 5D Planer (Mine 24 D) мы получаем календарный ФЭМ разработанную на основании достаточно точного календарного плана отработки запасов и календарного плана строительства горных выработок.
Уточнение за счет детального горного планирования на основании каркасной горно-геологической модели. Данный этап имеет смысл выполнять при условии, что геологическая модель имеет схождение с утвержденными запасами с точностью ±10%, наличие обоснования параметров системы отработки и геотехнического обоснования ведение горных работ.
При горном планировании на этапе Pre-feasibility study инженеры в программном комплексе, проводят планирование горных работ непосредственно по каждому блоку.
Порядок отработки при условии, что рекомендации оптимизации не противоречит геотехническому обоснованию сохраняется со стадии Scooping, в противном случае проводится повторная оптимизация отработки запасов с учетом ограничивающего фактора по геомеханики,
Планирование горных работ в части проектирования горно-подготовительных нарезных и горно-капитальных работ выполняется непосредственно под выбранное оборудование, в спецификацию в данном случае включаются стоимости и параметры оборудования полученные от поставщиков.
Pre-feasibility не подразумевает многовариантную проработку вскрытия и порядка отработки запасов, если возникает сомнение в правильности выбранного варианта имеет смысл откатиться к предыдущей стадии и сравнить варианты.
На данной стадии большое внимание уделяется многовариантной проработке по маркам оборудования, технологическим процессам, определению сравнению марок оборудования уточняются параметры камерных выработок.
Результатом Pre-feasibility study должно являеться полноценное задание на проектирование, акты выбора земельных, проект горного отвода, ТУ на присоединение к сетям, ТУ на оборудование.
